Exxaro Resources alongside the Presidency and the Minerals Council of South Africa (MCSA) launched a Gender Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF) 100-Day Challenge. This campaign ran from April to June 2022, to encourage employees and employers to create safer environments for women in the workplace.
